We have been around German Shepherds all our lives. It’s hard not to be biased toward a breed when you have been working with them for so long. Our parents owned German Shepherds as did their parents. You get the idea. We adopted our first family member in 1999 with Rika. We both fell in love! She was smart, adoring and a very fast learner! She has a great, loving personality. Connie, being the nice person that she is, had to find a suitable mate for our beloved Rika. We went all over North Texas and nothing really fit the bill. We wanted a great pedigree but, more than that, we had to have an awesome personality…when we found Hans we KNEW he was the right one! |

Hans has a pedigree that won’t quit. As with all our dogs, we raise them to love first and work second! We prefer to have awesome pedigreed dogs which are trained but not necessarily to the rigorous standards that are required of Schutzen work. Hence, our dogs have an even temperament and are less expensive for you! There’s no doubt we love our dogs! They bring out the best in us, therefore, we must provide them the best possible homes. |

We care for our dogs with dignity. We have pens for each dog but they are kept out in our large “yard” on a rotating basis. Each dog is constantly given time to play and interact with their canine friends. Our ‘runs’ are three times larger than the industry standard. Our dogs are treated like family, we have fewer disciplinary problems as a result. |
